The price is per day per apartment.

The tourist tax is not included in the price (€ 1,00 per day per person applied to all guests over 14 till 80 years old)

Check in

On Wednesdays or Saturdays: from 3.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.; the apartments are available from 3 p.m.
For arrivals after 7.00 p.m. we kindly ask you to make arrangements with the reception in advance;
Arrivals during the night are not possible.

Deposit € 100,00 to be paid in cash on arrival. 

Check out

On Wednesdays or Saturdays: from 07.30 to 09.00 a.m.
We kindly ask our guests to leave the flat in good condition: dishes and pots cleaned and garbage removed.
Departures during the night are not possible.

Methods of payment: cash, bancomat, credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Cheques are not accepted. 

Terms of cancellation policy penalty

A cancellation up to 14 days before arrival will be free of charge;
In case of a cancellation from the 14th day before the arrival, in case of no show and in case of early departure or later arrival we will charge the total amount of the stay.
